Pros

Everyone is bought into the mission of improving healthcare for the masses. We have all come from diverse backgrounds to join together to build something very special. We all know that healthcare is one of the last, big industries ripe for disruption and we want to be the company that disrupts it. We move fast and together, traditional insurance talks a good game but we are delivering something really different, really new and plan to take over the market.

Cons

It is not for the faint hearted. If you want to hide in a cube and push emails around, dont go to Sidecar. At Sidecar everyone can see the fruits of your efforts (or not).

Excellent management, great communication, amazing benefits, and a truly wonderful atmosphere that's conducive and receptive to creative input.

Cons

So far, so good. Even during COVID-19, we've managed to remain efficient as a team.
