Pros

I left a great job to join Sidecar Health ... I am *that* excited about their mission and progress. It is amazing to go to work everyday inspired by goal, the product and your colleagues. I specifically like the fast pace of the work, the creativity of the whole team, the leadership, and the family feel of the place. It's has all the benefits of a startup (speed, opportunity, upside) but it's run by adults, great benefits, is well funded and is trying to change the world.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

Awesome company vision and product. It's going to change the face of health insurance in this country. The team and the leadership are all very down-to-earth and eager to succeed. Lean team. True startup mentality.

Cons

None really -- general growing pains if you can call them that. If you like working in large businesses and prefer a ton of direction, startup gigs like this one are not the right fit for you. If you like to get your hands dirty and want to truly make an impact -- on a business, on the cost of health care, etc. we're a good fit for you.

Pros

Culture: - Flexible hours - Fun environment, lot of jokes and impromptu puns - No micro-management, lot of independence and freedom to plan and execute the assigned tasks - A very collaborative and vibrant environment - Being a small team, everyone here is accountable for their tasks and deliverables Benefits: - Excellent Health Benefits (D/V/M) and they start on the 1st day of employment - Roth and Traditional 401K - Stock Options - "Bottom-less" Snack bar - A stocked kitchen to make your own breakfast and lunch - A "Slack channel" to order food using a company paid Amazon Prime account - The building has Gym (not a fancy one though) with showers

Cons

Not a big proponent of Work from Home policy, perhaps because it's a very small team Benefits No 401K Match, yet
