      This is a great place to work if you are looking to refine your accounting/finance skills in a white-collar, professional environment. Sidley is very ethical in handling internal and external relationships, as well as sensitive information. Overall, a conservative environment with strong leadership.

      Cons

      While there is a lot to learn in this professional environment, it may not be the right cultural fit for those looking to continue to progress their career long term. Thought is given to putting the right people in the right functional roles, but employee development is not a top priority.
