If you aren't a staff manager you don't have a voice unless your manager will advocate for you.

Smart, collegiate colleagues; high quality work; commitment to pro bono; great training and professional development opportunities

Cons

All the usual big law cons are present to some degree: doc review, work-life balance, concentration of power in the main office, etc.

Work load was not overwhelming. Colleagues were friendly and helpful. About as family friendly as a big law firm can be.

Cons

Like most big law firms, hours requirement mandates a long day on a regular basis and some weekend work.
