Pros

Employees are generally afforded the ability to work flexible schedules when needed. Raises are fair and commensurate with personal performance and current market conditions. Open and collaborative environment. As an employee, it is my responsibility to address my own development and progression goals, not management's. Employees need to take responsibility for their own development.

Cons

Some employees are grossly underpaid as a result of legacy issues and management's inability or unwillingness to address the situation. Overall, most employees are fairly compensated, though.

Pros

Great place to work for the technically challenged. Enjoy the vast technical resources available and and excellent management team that drives to promote growth by innovation.

Cons

Lack of visibilty by the management to address employee concerns like career growth and advancement, compensation etc. Also employees should be given an oppurtunity to pursue different roles in the organization like create a rotational program within the company so employees get a feel of every department. Also management should take an active role in promoting and encouraging employees to pursure higher studies in areas of the employee's interest.
