- Good work environment - Benefits are good - Competitive salary - Good place to work if you want to retire here and not much growth oriented.

Cons

- Very less growth opportunities. - Management is interested in only getting work done. - No trainings . - No active HR and absolutely no HR communication. - No on-site opportunities.

great people with a strong corporate heritage with a reasonable product which will only improve over time on the now unified architecture

You must be flexible and be willing to travel, spending time away from home and family. Once inside pay rises are not as easy as you would expect from ansoftware vedor. bis Siemens is taking over
