      I have no pros to working with this company

      Raises, being valued as a member of the company, they hire people with zero experience for the position, then expect you to train them. Expect you to work 2 jobs until they can hire replacements without compensation. Hire people who end up making more than you, I worked the position for 3 years had all the requirements for the job, they hired someone else to do the same job without the same level of experience and paid them 10k more, I guess being a man does pay better 🤷‍♀️
