      Pros

      The staff is very understanding motivated and fun to be around. I am so grateful to the people at Siertek and feel blessed to work with these guys. Raul has given me an amazing opportunity to use my skills and grow. Tia has helped train me and has been a great team player. I do work from home, but did visit the main office a few times and it's very clean with big windows and a nice view.

      Poor Management, No Employee Recognition

      Pros

      Only one person with this company even cared about the employees.

      Cons

      Took over previous contract 1 Jan 2018, Cut salaries from 20-50% across the board. Did not take the value of Security Clearances into consideration when bidding contract. Dumped workload of evacuated positions on quality personnel with no plan of back filling positions. Insurance Benefits for family are approximately 60% of one paycheck. Management has very little regard for the employees. No matter how much the customer appreciates the quality of the work being performed, the employee has no value to the company. Everyone is replaceable in the eyes of management.
