Leave benefits are well below industry standards. Health/insurance benefits are mediocre with employees asked to cover costs that employers generally cover.

No advantage working for this company over any of the 6-8 companies that provide staff on my contract.

Cons

In the 5 years I have worked for Sierra Lobo, I have had my benefits cut every year. Insurance costs considerably increase with double digit increases, lost coverage's that I now have to pay for, life insurance cut in half, and this year just loss of PTO accrual. It is time for a change of employment.
