      Pros

      Interesting work withgreat coworkers. It a decent company. They are involved in good contracts and are doing work in multiple locations.

      Cons

      A big con for me is the questionable benefits package. In addition to that my benefits have been reworked 3 times in 5 years. Including two different vacation / sick time / pto changes. Each of the changes reduced the available time off. The first was to change from a vacation / sick time structure to a PTO structure. I was fine with that. It made sense even if it wasn't what I agreed to when I was hired. The second and most recent change was to reduce my PTO accrual rate. That one was too much. It's just something I really can't tolerate.

      I really have nothing to say that is a pro.... I have a job

      Cons

      Constantly reducing our benefits. I currently pay 2.75 times more for my insurance than I did 15 months ago. I currently am required to work 8 hours per bi week pay period for free and I no longer have sick or vacation time. I now only receive 5.5 hours PTO per bi week. That with the fact they no longer are willing to pay my long and short term disability I am getting nothing as a benefit.
