Meeting new people and learning more about brands.

Cons

Toxic and verbally abusive work environment. If they could lock us in they would. They're response to George Floyd's murder was to barricade the doors of a suburban town's store to protect themselves from looting. Oh, and a tasteless diversity and inclusion survey... great community engagement guys.

Basically everything else; a very depressing atmosphere which brings you down, lowest pay out of all jobs in the area, managers could care less about you and how you feel, long hours with no motivation to want to work that long. Schedules are never consistent and if you want a life outside of work? Forget it. You basically have to be a workaholic.
