Pros

Easygoing management, accommodating schedule, decent pay, actually looks out for front-end workers

Cons

There's always a shortfall of payroll from mid-February to late March, causing cuts to hours. Shoplifting is a regular occurrence.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, especially for college students Often had budget for snacks in the break room and lunch purchases during busy seasons, such as the holidays Always shifting displays and tasks to keep employees busy Managers handed out SOAR cards to recognize employees that did an outstanding job

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities for growth Cooperate values getting credit cards more than visitor experience With it being a retail job, not all employees care for their job and have the same work ethic which can make work loads larger for those that care about their job
