Pros

Coworkers were mostly pleasant people, sometimes team oriented. The job itself wasn't difficult at all. Must of the customers I dealt with were excited to see new store at this location.

Cons

The only thing manager cared about was, how many credit cards we sold that day. At times there was wanting of tact and better planning from upper management. I worked part time, like most of the employees there, at some point everybody's hours were cut drastically, skipping some weeks all together. As a result quite few team members left. Their policy on lunch time varied too much. If you work 6hrs do you take lunch or not? Different manager, different opinion.

Pros

Decent benefits, awesome co-workers. The pay is pretty good for the area.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for upward mobility. Since they went corporate, many people lost their salaried jobs and were switched to hourly. It's turned into a bit of a police state.

Pros

The company has several plans for expansion within the next 10 years, so many of the departments have great job security.

Cons

Each week it seems like they have changed something or added a new step in packing for the retail stores, while we are in the middle of packing for new stores which makes it more difficult. Since we are opening new stores the department I work in has been on mandatory overtime for many weeks making it so that we only have Saturday off. Mandatory overtime is not uncommon here in fact if you work full time during the holiday season you can expect to work 60 hours a week in any department.
