      Pros

      The only pro was my co workers. I think. I lucked out at my location.

      Cons

      Not great. Disorganized company. They promise things and they do not follow through. Not the worse retail job but there is no good retail job.

      Pros

      Vacation time, weekly paycheck and that's about it.

      Cons

      Management. Day shift has to work more mandatory overtime, are held to higher standards but also make less than the other shifts. Management wonders why there is low morale and a high turn over rate but they shouldn't. Also, they only promote "yes men" who have no understanding of the jobs they manage. Sierra is horribly mismanaged.
