Toxic Culture

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, and the tjx umbrella. Cool product.

Cons

Worst, most toxic culture I’ve ever experienced. Extremely high manager turnover and no meaningful support from upper management (7 store managers in two years, in one case) Awful work/life balance for certain roles. Unresponsive HR and/or management when there are serious issues such as gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation etc. I was told I wasn’t looked at for an opportunity because “I have a kid,” needed to educate and argue with multiple managers to have an appropriate place to pump, was walked in on multiple times - I could go on, but it’s the worst place I’ve ever worked. Proceed with caution.

Cons

Pros

Good people. Just whatever retail.

Cons

I can't really think of any. It was one of the best retail jobs I worked.
