Pros

They have a good IRA option if you're full-time, and pay is decent if you're a coordinator.

Cons

No work/life balance, crappy hours, management at the Grand Rapids store sucks. One coordinator (Autumn) will backstab and sabotage you at the first opportunity. The new management (post-covid) was nit-picky and constantly changing how they wanted you to do stuff. One day they'd tell me not to touch new shipments until the next day and that our maximum was 7 pallets, then we would get 11 pallets the next day, and they'd accept them all. Then they started telling us that we couldn't wear leggings, hoodies, or sneakers, even though I worked in the backroom, where it was always freezing cold in the winter.
