Pros

- Tons of growth - Great Benefits - Inspiring Mission - 9/80s when they had them

Cons

- Average pay - Leadership is really pushing for more progress, and is doing so in revoking 9/80s and mandatory overtime, which is leading to burnout. But it sounds like it's temporary

Pros

Working on making spaceships and space stations is interesting. Team is friendly and helpful. Company is growing a lot so significant opportunities to climb up if you put in the work. Great 401k matching. New parental leave available.

Cons

Salaries could be better, although management is working on improving that. Occasional surges are required to help meet schedule.

Overall a great place to work

Pros

Leadership dedicated to making positive change, all cons are getting better at a fast pace Great 401k Flexible work schedules and work from home options (you will definitely still put in some long hours, but at least you put them in when/where convenient) Interesting and challenging programs/projects to work on It is easy to move up and become the lead on projects if you are a hard worker The people here are extremely intelligent and fun to work with The company is growing fast and has ambitious plans for the future

Cons

Ambitious employees quickly take on new roles/responsibilities, but few get compensation changes or promotions in a timely manner (although this is starting to get better) New hires with less experience get hired at higher positions and receive more money than current employees who are more deserving of the position/compensation Lots of little growing pains as we try to do things more quickly/efficiently in a competitive market Programs other than Dream Chaser don't receive the funding/resources required to move at a fast pace.

We are investing both in the compensation and total rewards of current employees for engagement and retention AND in the incoming employees to remain competitive in this market. Equity, bonuses and increases to salaries are coming in March! Appreciate the positive feedback and good advice!
