Desperate and inexperienced Management and Employees created hostile work environment. Don't try and explain, they won't get it your taking too long.

Pros

Incredible leadership, Well managed, Well structured, Great vision, Great products, Well funded, Great salary, Great Benefits, Great place to work with amazing talent.

Cons

Lots of change is being introduced which is a little unsettling for the 'old timers', but I believe the changes are necessary to enable Sierra Space to become a serious contender in the Space sector.
