      Owners are inspiring Programs and products are game changing Excellent decision by owners to split from SNC New company means new practices and ways of doing things Smaller company makes it easier to make an impact at a job

      CEO and leadership are delusional on timeframes Overworked and exhausted employees Additional resources are hard to come by Not many opportunities for growth Many people talk about leaving

      Working through growth transition at the moment. Not really a con, just takes time to get everything in place.
