I have never been more thrilled to be a part of a company. Sure there could be improvement, but we’re solving big problems, and the the new leadership is absolutely crushing it. Sierra Space does not have the same issues a lot of the huge space companies have - the teams are a lot smaller, the bureaucracy is being flattened, and each voice matters. It’s a super exciting time to join Sierra Space.
