New leadership that is proactive, listening to employee's, and creating a whole new commercial mindset.

Cons

Working through growth transition at the moment. Not really a con, just takes time to get everything in place.

Part time work, not hard, supervisor and coworkers are easy to get along with. 401k, paid time off, tuition assistance

Cons

3rd shift and 2nd Shift. You can plan your schedule and work as you see fit, but you'll have to work odd hours. No Health plan
