Lots of projects. Can learn many things from this organization while working here.

Cons

No proper hike. Have to please the manager always to get noticed. Few managers still do Micro management.

- Great company to learn if you are a beginner - Apart from learning and access to multi vendor software and equipments there is nothing much

Cons

- Bad pay - Bad upper management they only care about customers - No employee engagement, literally no employee benefits - Cafeteria is like a govt canteen - In my 2 year stint there we only had 1 team meeting, 1:1's are non existant
