Pros

- Great company to learn if you are a beginner - Apart from learning and access to multi vendor software and equipments there is nothing much

Cons

- Bad pay - Bad upper management they only care about customers - No employee engagement, literally no employee benefits - Cafeteria is like a govt canteen - In my 2 year stint there we only had 1 team meeting, 1:1's are non existant
