Pros

Being in office on the same days as everyone else is nice compared to other hybrid offices where you might show up to an empty building.

Cons

I would not recommend working at Sigma to anyone that values their happiness, career growth, or autonomy. The leadership here is miserable as many of the other reviews also state.

Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback and we agree! Coming to the office, meeting your colleagues, being able to ideate and collaborate together- that's something we are very proud of - and a huge reason for our continued growth! We also know another reason for our success is the ability to move fast and remain nimble, and we understand that this is not for everyone but we are keen to ensure that people are clear about our approach - upfront. It's true that we always strive to be the best in everything that we do and that we move fast and make fast decisions. We expect everyone that works at Sigma to be accountable for their goals (everyone from the interns to the leadership team) and we hold everyone, including ourselves, to a very high ownership and performance bar. And that may not be for everyone. Given you are a current employee, reach out to anyone in HR directly. We do take your feedback seriously and would appreciate an opportunity to see if there is anything we can do to make your employee experience better.

Pros

The product is good and differentiated from competition when use case is correct Sigma benefits from Snowflake/Databricks market tailwinds Commercial sales org is a machine Growth, NDR metrics are solid

Cons

CEO - No other C Level Execs in the company (red flag). Immature enterprise go to market / product market fit in enterprise Bad culture (due to CEO micro-management). Lack of innovation and decision autonomy Too reliant on partner sales motion

Thank you for your feedback and comments - we 100% agree that our product is great and differentiated - we are very proud of both the product innovation and the Sales motion that is driving our industry leading growth and NDR rates. As you know, our Leadership team is growing - we have some exciting additions to our C Level team coming over the next few weeks (btw - our CTO and CPO are very disappointed you missed them :) )
