Toxic, Male-Run, and Sales-Obsessed

Pros

Unlimited time off that you can actually take advantage of, health benefits, centrally located offices

Cons

I had high hopes joining this company, but it quickly became clear the culture is extremely toxic. Leadership is overwhelmingly male, often unqualified, and more focused on ego than effective management. The company is entirely sales-team obsessed—promotions, recognition, and opportunities go almost exclusively to that group, while other teams are ignored regardless of performance. Management across teams is disorganized, inconsistent, and often lacks basic competence, making it difficult to get guidance or support. Professional growth, constructive feedback, and fair treatment are rare, creating frustration and burnout. If you value a healthy, inclusive, and well-managed workplace, this is not the place for you.

Pros

There are actually good people at this company but they are few and far between.

Cons

The culture is the most toxic and politically driven I’ve ever seen at any SaaS company I’ve ever been apart of.

Leadership Heavy and Political

Pros

Great product - truly ahead of the curve Good people incredibly intelligent people

Cons

Leadership is horrific - GTM especially. Everyone form the CRO down to the COO drops F bombs all over the place. They need to replace the COO immediately. Little or no cross functional communication. All Men and plagued with political decisioning for external and internal promotions. All the newest leadership hires are interesting - makes sense since it's clear the business doesn't value anyone but snowflake, databricks, the sales teams who close deals, and field marketing.
