      Pros

      A good platform to start your career in this field. You will learn more in 6 months than you would going to school for 4 years

      Cons

      Treatment of employees leaves a lot to be desired. Disconnect of communication (i.e. wants and goals) between management puts the regular employee in a position to inevitably fail. This negative reputation will spread.

      - Product has good diffrentiation - Free lunch in office

      Cons

      - Leadership doesn't do a goob job of building defensibility of the product, nearly no investment of Marketing - Toxic culture, the loudest one in the room always win
