Pros

Sigma is the best BI tool on the market, so it's a lot of fun getting to participate in the sales process. The training is very robust, and you're given a lot of trust to learn at your own pace. The pay is also good, and the office perks are outstanding.

Cons

The NYC office is quite loud and often runs out of conference rooms. It's not a big deal as long as you book meetings in advance. They also give a $300 dollar credit for office supplies, which I used to get high quality noise cancellation.

Cons

We keep cycling through marketing teams so there are no inbounds it is completely an outbound sales cycle. People never know about us so there is a lot of education on who we are during the sales process
