4yThanks so much for your feedback - we love to hear people tell us that wish they had Sigma in former roles and companies! it is true that we are growing fast so our environment is fast paced and best suited to those who love autonomy and want to learn - that said we invest in our mentorship programs and career paths so that we can support those people as they look to grow their career at Sigma.
