      Great product, weak leadership

      - Product has good diffrentiation - Free lunch in office

      Cons

      - Leadership doesn't do a goob job of building defensibility of the product, nearly no investment of Marketing - Toxic culture, the loudest one in the room always win

      Toxic and incompetent leaders / no AI strategy

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Good AEs and SCs in the organization that do great work.

      Cons

      Fear based culture. CRO & CEO are toxic and both over their heads, they have resorted to random and unexplained firings, forced RTO mandates and show no concern for their employees rather than address PMF issues. Miserable culture. Company is at a breaking point. CEO and product leaders at one time mocked AI as being hype and did little to nothing to advance the product. Now we are too far behind to catch and the market is taking notice. While we have a “story” on ai it is not much more than that and is flatly embarrassing to sell.

      Terrible BDR leader

      Pros

      The BDR team is great and the managers used to be great but most of them have left

      Cons

      They recently brought in a new BDR director who was a BDR 5 years ago. She knew someone high up and ended up getting a role she’s not fit for. She changed how promotions works and brought in her own former BDRs without even putting them through the proper interview process (didn’t do a final interview)
