Thank you for your review. We appreciate the opportunity to learn how we can improve the employee experience. This was disheartening to read as we've set up several feedback loops with employees and clients to ensure we have communication in both regards. We try to make every efforts to be responsive, thoughtful, and professional in our interactions with employees and clients. In this spirit, if there is something about our processes or communication that is not serving our employees or our clients well, we would be very interested in learning more about where these disconnects are occurring to ensure we can correct this.
