We appreciate the feedback. We are continually evaluating how we can feasibly make improvements for our employee base. Employees regularly go through evaluation processes and receive increases based on a number of factors. We have increased benefits in terms of cost and expanded coverage options and made positive policy changes this year that affect employee PTO. Those policy changes were made after hearing employee feedback, considering it thoughtfully, and taking action to improve upon the employee experience.
