      Provide sponsorship for H1b and Green card. Competitive Salary and Benefit program.

      I do not find anything except increasing frequency for team gathering and get togetherness.

      - The leaders truly let you grow, support you, and teach you how to be successful in this industry. - Good salary and benefits package... great PTO package - Fun South Side Office location and free parking very close by to the office - Friendly co-workers and nice environment

      Cons

      None I can think of... typical growing pains as the company is expanding but they are handled well.
