Pros

Signal 88 of Dallas has good Managers who work hard to find you posts that are close to your home, a supportive office team, and a good team of supervisors that give you the tools and training you need in the field. If you're experienced in the security field, they have good starting pay rates, and lots of opportunity for advancement. The systems and technologies we use our very cutting edge, and easy to use - it makes it very easy to do your job with everything they give you!

Cons

Most shifts are overnight to start, but they do have a large sales team that is getting more clients by the day - so we are starting to see more day shifts become available to the team!

Pros

The training program is much more extensive than most other companies and the pay is better than average. Management is very open and transparent, and are very good about not putting officers at dangerous posts.

Cons

Company is small (but growing)
