      Pros

      The corporate team was very nice and seemed very happy. The CEO was very inspiring. The pillars are very interesting.

      Cons

      The dichotomy between the corporate office and what goes on in the individual regions is unreal. Forget transparency, spirituality and integrity. Just hope you are friends with the right people and you will be okay, whether you perform or not.

      Pros

      Positive environment in the facility, and great staff.

      Cons

      Corporate office doesn't seem to understand the struggles some of their facilities contend with every day. It's very difficult to do a good job for our residents when we have nothing to do it with.
