Pros
Decent pay compared to other facilities. Most of the residents are amazing, patient and loving.
Cons
Will work you to death by giving you the workload of anywhere from 2-4 people. Management doesn't seem to care about staff that much. Will ask you almost every single day you have off to come in. Will change your schedule without informing you, last minute. Won't put a stop to petty workplace drama. Couldn't get out fast enough.
