Pros

There are no pro's with this company. Run as fast as you can and for god sakes don't send your loved ones there for care. The CEO cares nothing for the patients and they take patients that have complex medical conditions that the staff cannot handle.

Cons

Management out of touch with reality. Suggestions for improvement are ignored and dismissed. The company is cutthroat and does not care about the employees. Understaffed and poor care given to residents. Chapel Hill facility has a 1-star rating and it is well deserved.

Pros

The best possible Director of Rehab at my facility, arrive to work when convenient, co-workers are great, overall great team to work with at the local level.

Cons

Benefits are not good. PTO is only accrued Jan-Oct and must be used by end of year or you lose it. No matching 401K. Insurance not so great. Exceptional productivity is the highest of concerns for upper management.

Pros

Most of the nursing staff was nice and professional

Cons

Unrealistic productivity level required for therapist. They basically give you 5 min per patient to gather materials, go to patient's room, do all documentation (evaluations, daily notes, weekly progress notes, recerts, discharges). And f you have to go to the bathroom, it has to come out the 5 minutes they allow you per patient. Maybe they should give employees adult diapers, so they can continue working.
