Pros

Mission Driven, Serves under served population, Multiple Projects and potential opportunities, easy commute from metro west.

Cons

Too many things going on at once with limited prioritization and alignment, lack of accountability all around and at all levels including sr. management, punitive work culture with lean, lack of training to help professionals grow, lack of opportunities for career advancement, lack of competitive compensation.

Pros

I worked in the hospital and for the group for many years. Great people to work with, very friendly in every department. Most really do care about the patient and strive to do their best. Time off, sick time, vacations.. never an issue.

Cons

constant encouragement to put in suggestions and report issues, however things hardly ever seem to get resolved. When you go above and beyond, you're expected to go even more above next time, without reward. Its exhausting and burns staff (and management) out who really want to work well and ends up resulting in frequent turn over. hourly pay is average, yearly increases are only 0.3% Benefits are expensive, PTO sick and vacation accrued together Patient demographic can be non compliant
