Pros

If you want a job where no one communicates with anyone, no matter who was responsible for completing a task it still ends up being your fault and where you feel grossly undervalued, this would be a good place to work. Management not only doesn't communicate, but flat out lies when questioned.

Cons

Lack of appreciation, no clear responsibility, management scapegoats and lies to employees, lack of parking, management refuses to pay for overtime (even if you were required to work it), lack of support by co-workers, potential of being injured by combative patients, lack of job security and no warning that job will be ending.

It was an excellent place to work until senior leadership changed, now it is toxic

Cons

They do not care about employees. They were reluctant to let employees that could easily work remotely during the shut down, work remote. They do not care or recognize skilled employees. They prefer employees just do what they say regardless of whether it is right or legal.

Staff are used to being micro managed and to the condescending leadership style there so I have been a “breath of fresh air” with my different management style

Lack of resources Outdated systems Very top heavy hierarchy leadership Poor communication Everything is very short notice
