It was a fun experience working in jewelry and being a part of a special time in customers lives

Cons

Unrealistic goals, low hourly pay plus terrible commission ( .25%) starting out, the company raised commission bonuses to unrealistic levels so they don’t have to pay more bonuses, always excuses as to why you can’t get a raise (3 years working there and not a single raise), 70 hour work weeks during holidays and no thanks for working the hard

Get everything in writing, They will offer one thing and give you nothing. Also the response to the COVID 19 pandemic is horrible. No pay, using PTO to make up the difference and Power tripping management

Please please please run while you can! This company is letting its front line employees twist in the wind. Promising one day to pay us during this crisis to recanting the next. Years of loyalty and making them tons of money mean nothing! Go work for a food store, Amazon, or Walmart. You'll be guaranteed plenty of hours and far more money per hour then you could ever make here. Nearly every one here lives paycheck to paycheck and you pull this? Horrible!
