I can’t think of any.

Cons

Communication from management is minimal. Company culture is toxic which over time drives productive employees out the door. Upper management hires friends who are not qualified and places them in management positions. Executive management will lay off people one day then within the same week announce promotions. Old technology, i.e. store support apps and systems, phone system, etc. 1st level management is very disrespectful. Company recently settle over $20 million dollars in sexual harassment lawsuits. Google it for yourself and read the articles from The NY Times
