We just transition to genesis, before the transfer we got unlimited over time. Now we do not get any over time (Pay cut). We can only have 5 occurrence before being terminated. Even if it's pto it's still one occurrence, being late on breaks by 2 minutes is have an occurrence. Supervisors they dont know anything!! And they are lazy! We call the same customers 20 times a day! Even if they are one day pass due and we have to do everything we can to keep them on the phones!! And on top of all this they have bed bugs!!! They are not doing anything to get rid of them. Just don't wear your coats or carry your purse. Try to keep them in the car!! The bathrooms are nasty. They have a cafeteria, the food is disgusting!! The employees who works in the cafeteria who coughs over the food while making the food, very unsanitary they lay your food on a dirty counter. And it's expensive. I would not recommend this job to anyone
