The store team I had was very tenured and open to new ideas. People in the company are genuinely passionate about their jobs and helping clients.

Cons

Minimum 48 hour work week, low pay for all store employees, upper leadership is unwilling and unable to change. I immediately saw issues coming from the outside. DM leadership was strong and there were a lot of tenured managers, however the culture is toxic. They pay consultants low and give them pretty terrible commissions...it would be a better idea to bump base pay and focus more on a culture of engagement and positivity than fear and intimidation.
