Great Benefits, a lot of potential growth in all locations, promotions based on your willingness to go above and beyond for the company. Treated like a member of the family when you show your company dedication.

Cons

Long hours at times, not enough staff to support some of the job flow in certain areas, not enough training for management during the year.

Decent Salary/Pay ; "Sink or swim" work experience; not enough man power for training

Cons

High turnover; work 45-50 hours at the minimum each week, micromanaged by the owners of the corporation, females are treated as second class and told to lose weight (if deemed necessary), derogatory comments are made towards females, the owners create havoic on a daily basis for their own personal excitement and entertainment
