Signet has great salaries for all positions.

Cons

The owner and his wife are very difficult to deal with......period. Owner makes fat comments to people who he believes are over weight, Professional business attire ALWAYS, must address owner/wife by Mr. and Mrs. at all times, it is not a laid back environment at all.

Pretty set schedule, some down time at the dock.

Cons

Lack of vessel maintenance, owner completely out of touch, awful food budget....did I say lack of vessel maintenance? Expensive benefits for a family, limited travel stipend, lack of vessel maintenance.
