      Cons

      Employees are not respected or valued. The office and boats have turnover like I have never experienced in my career. Morale is low because management focuses on pie in the sky dreams and neglects their working people. Talk is the Jacksonville office and fleet are going away next year. Texas boat crew running to G&H for better pay and benefits. Avoid this smoldering dumpster fire of a company.
