      Pros

      If you can get assigned one of the SOLOS Ocean Vessels better pay and mechanical shape. And get shoreside support.

      Cons

      Revolving crews either if you do well with the Bridge Crew and Polish their Brass. And become their Girlfriend. You may stay with them. If not you will be transferred a position on one of the derelict vessels. Owner and Management gives no support and office and shoreside support does not last and very inexperienced in their job. No Beards No Benefits and No Voice to improve work environment.
