      Pros

      If you like a small company culture, Signficance is for you. There is concern for work/life balance, the processes in place are easy to comply with and take little effort, and the management team is totally committed to the success of the company. And the benefits are as good as or better than you would receive at a large firm.

      Cons

      As with all small companies, there are some growing pains, but management addresses issues quickly .
