Pros
It's remote. The technical practices are not low-quality. You know the types of places where everything is awful, no one writes tests, and nothing works. It's far above that. Because they have a handle on things, we work normal hours. We're not putting out fires over the weekend. You will not find yourself stuck in a 2015 tech stack. Your managers are humans. They pay well. You'll go to the office a few times a year. It's nice.
Cons
It's not perfect, but I prefer not to elaborate. There is nothing that makes me want to leave.
