Cons

Greedy af management ! This place basically pays you to harrass senior citizens who have health insurance. This company is so insanely disorganized that they will have you calling the same people multiple times per day ! People will curse you out for doing so and you will be told by management that there is nothing they can do to place someone on the do not call list until the person declines Signify's worthless in home health evaluations 2x or more. This company is a total scam and you will be relentlessly pressured to book in home health evaluations at the rate of a minimum of 25 appointments per day . It is beyond mind numbing to say the least. You will be placed on an auto dialer and it's just relentless. Very common to place 500 or more calls per day . If you don't meet the minimum booking quota , management will INVENT a way to get rid of you based upon the " @ will employer " agreement. The managers are so hard up for their teams to produce so that they can get paid off of your efforts and they will be compensated substantially more than you will . Despite you taking all the abuse. They badger you about using the bathroom too much not taking into consideration that you are talking nonstop for 8 hours a day and need to stay hydrated. Look up the company owner. Look at how much his company is worth and how much he makes compared to what you will be paid as a Member Engagement Coordinator . You will only get $2.50 per booking . But in reality, Signify makes thousands of dollars off these unnecessary and fraudulent in home health evaluations. The only way you will make more money booking appointments is if you book 400 appointments before the month is over . So essentially , you will need to become a robot in order to do this. Signify makes it's money off of taking advantage of the elderly and by using a well known Medicare/ Medicaid loophole. This company will not give a hoot about you or any personal circumstances impacting your work performance. All they care about is how much money you are making them. This is the real truth and it's really sad that they legally are permitted to call people relentless who have asked to not be contacted. On top of that , they have the rudest and most unprofessional ,IT department ever. If your appts get canceled by the members you are calling , Signify will take it out of your pay. Keep in mind you are only making $2.50 per booking under 400 bookings. So for them to reduce your pay due to the member canceling which is beyond your control is just outright despicable. Think about it , if you are only getting $2.50 per appt ( minus tax ) and Signify begins deducting from your earnings....not good. But they do pay a base rate of $15.00 an hour .
