Pros

Colleagues are wonderful. No matter the department people are friendly, willing to help, and go the extra mile. This has been seen even more during COVID-19. The CEO Kyle has provided weekly company wide business updates and has been very candid about Signify at this time in company meetings. It is hard not to feel as a company we can make a large positive impact during this time.

Cons

None at this time. I have seen executives working to improve culture and office space.

Pros

I love meeting patients and helping them live healthier lives!

Cons

I work full time hours, yet I am considered a part time employee for some unknown reason. Therefore, I do not qualify for company provided benefits such as health insurance. I do not think this is fair.

Thank you for taking the time to respond; we are happy to hear you love meeting our members and helping them in maintaining their well-being. All W2 employees who average 30 hours per week of work are considered full time and are eligible to receive benefits. We perform a quarterly look-back where we calculate those hours and change employee status if need be. If you feel like you've been overlooked in this way, please contact HR or your manager so that we can evaluate your circumstance.
